Indochina Unique Tourist offers a wide selection of
leisure and nature-friendly travel options in Vietnam

Our philosophy is to bring every customer a unique

Passionate about Southeast Asia, we have made it our life's work
to become expert on travel throughout various fascinating lands.
Our mission is to provide authentic experiences for you in ways
that respect the local tradition, eco systems and economies of
the places we visit.
We have a large number of daily and multiday tours that enable
you to tailor your own trip. We support you with our best to suit
your individual requirements.
FOUNDER
Indochina Unique Tourist Co., Ltd was established in 2011,
by Mr. Nguyen Son Thuy. From the first day invested in
tourism villas, international travel.
Mr. Nguyen Son Thuy was well trained in the tourism
industry in Vietnam. Graduated from the University of
Hospitality and Tourism Management, followed by MBA.
He has more than 20 years of experience working in the
Tourism industry in Vietnam from the position of 4-5 star
hotel management to the Director of International Travel.

The Earth Villa is the initial stage of IUT
stepping into travel industry.
The concept of villa was designed by a
new style of accommodation, The Villa
is managed by a local family and the
tourist will have a chance to live with
the traditional family atmostphere and
understand the life of the local people
with many generations living in the
same house a in Hoi An. It has been
opening since Jan, 2013.
The Earth Villa has total 10 luxurious
rooms with boutique decoration and one
swimming pool.
